When you cannot find the accommodation charges on a guest's bill, but you are sure that they were posted. Where to start the search?
- Firstly, go to the booking, and click on the "Items" tab in the manage-booking screen. Often there you can quickly find where the charges were moved. Most of the time, the items were moved to someone else's bill.
- Secondly, you could have a look at the bills of the group companions, it may have happened that someone in your team moved the charges to the bill of a companion.
Note: The moment items are moved into a Bill (the right hand side of the billing screen) they disappear from the unpaid items list of the entire group.
